WEEK ELEVEN: August 19-23 - Outdoor Survival Week (Trees) Outdoor exploration, experience and activities including; hiking, swimming, free play, arts and stem projects. Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. There is no programming on July 4th.
The La Pointe summer rec campus is shared between the La Pointe school, Madeline Island Public Library and the outdoor space in between. Check in is located in the gymnasium of the La Pointe School and can be accessed from the public lot on the corner of Whitefish Rd. and Colonel Woods Ave. All participants have to fill out a registration form and risk waiver before they can participate.

This program will engage and educate youth through outdoor and experiential activities during the summer months. Activities planned are a variety of fun outdoor games, projects, and experiences. We will hike, swim, create arts & crafts, and explore our communities. Please bring a backpack, bag lunch, snacks, water bottle, swimwear, rain gear, and appropriate footwear.
